EMPTY PROMISES!!!

I am extremely upset! On Saturday I attempted to order a seafood pizza from bin Rashied grassy park. After 30 calls to 5 different branches with no answer I eventually got through and ordered and was told that I would get a delivery in 30 mins.. 3 hours later, no delivery, no phone call nothing!!! And I never received my order. I complained on Facebook, they asked for my contact details and then responded with a I'm sorry for the service and gave me the number that I already called and told me to order again! Only to be blocked on both Facebook and Instagram!
