Terrible service! NO product and NO refund.

We contacted Percy from Bimzar in Feb to print us 10 vests, he agreed that it would be ready the next Wednesday afternoon. After contacting him on the Tuesday, we were told the vests were not even made yet. He then promised they will be ready on Thursday morning and ready for collection. Thursday morning there was another excuse that they are at the printers and can not be collected. A R1200 deposit was and Percy promised a refund for not receiving our product. (Email to prove ) Numerous phone calls with plenty different excuses, we have still not received any refund. Phone calls are not answered and emails ignored. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
