Bad service and late

I has placed an order by Bimzar Clothing on the 20th of May 2015. I was given a telephonic quotation and then when I asked for a written quotation is was more then the telephonic quotation. I had to phone ever week to find out how far is he with my order and every time he had a different excuses. He sent a month later the first 4 hoodies and I have waited another 2 week for the anther 6 hoodies. When I receive them them they must be printed on and they wore not printed. When I contact them about it they do not answers the phone at all. Please help me to get my money back thank you.
