False Advertising

I entered a facebook competition on Bimrie Rice page - was then selected as a hamper winner. which was advertise on there page. The page however didn't inbox me, but a guy by the name of Shaheen Moosa said they will confirm when hampers was send off - now alot of winners was chosen but only a few got there hamper and there is a few that have not received anything - The page and Shaheen reads your messages but does not respond.
