*****'s - nostalgia to nausea

I have singed a franchise agreement for a new *****'s outlet. What was suppose to be an exiting project quickly turned into an absolute and never ending nightmare. The *****'s management team consistently fail to deliver on promises and undertakings. Our project is still not complete 4 weeks after the \official opening"and we are still waiting for critical equipment and furniture to be delivered and all we get are excuses and more promises! We were even contacted when a our trainee got injured at the *****'s training store to organise transport and medical care and we had to pay for the ambulance and hospital care We finally opened with what we had and now the nightmare with ordinary product deliveries continue and even being disconnected from our POS system due to non payment"
