No Assistance , dishonest , no response, Rude behavior towards customers

Worse experience after asking for assistance with a 1 voucher purchased at there store..... my R500 voucher was misplaced so I did ask the owner of the shop for assistance.... I did call flash for help and they made mention the voucher can be reprinted.... it as not been redeemed.... so the owner said it was a long process Agree 👍 but I had no response past week now.... the shop in Pinetown as been closed on sunday.... so waited on monday to speak about it.... but still no joy till today its now 3 weeks with no help.... the owner is so rude and disrespectful.... she as no remorse for customers can clearly see this..... Flash and 1 voucher should also be on the lookout when customers experience this issues its a bad name to you guys aswell
