Very exdpensive at more than R1000 per kg!

I ordered geelvet biltong and the 250g uncutted piece had no fat on it! The cutted 250g I ordered had some fat mixed yellow and white. The 250g of Dry Wors tasted better than the biltong and was ok. My big problem with them is the cost. 250g Geelvet biltong costs R280 that is more tan R1000 per kg!! I ordered it in any case as it was for a birthday present. But what a disapountment as described above. At my local biltong shop I can pick a peace that has fat on it, and tastes better.
