Great customer experience

If incredible customer service is important to you then you've come to the right place. My seeds shipped exactly when the website had said they would ship (either on the second or third business day) and arrived soon after that, with a bunch of freebie extras, packaged really nicely. I then had a fair amount of back and forth with B&B about various things I was unsure of, and they always rep**** promptly and were friendly and patient despite the fact that I was asking some real loser questions. Some seeds germinated perfectly and have gone on to turn into viable plants, whilst I made a variety of real n00b mistakes with the others, resulting in them failing; this is not a reflection of the quality of the seeds, but is of the grower. I will definitely be using them again in future and look very forward to doing so.
