From the time I met Billy, when he cam to do the initial quotation, I could see I was dealing with a professional, yet humble man. He gave me the advice I needed and advised me on some problems I was experiencing. I received the quotation the same day. It was a few months and I contacted him with changes. He graciously sent me a new quote. It was a few more months that I finally placed the order. He let me know when his team would come, and when I told him that that would be a problem, he rearranged so that they could come to not interfere with my schedule. Even when he told me the time his team would come, it was too late as I had another appointment, he organised that his team would come in earlier to be at my home on time. The team arrived, and what a friendly and professional bunch of guys. They jumped in and did a fantastic job. Even though the project ran a little longer than they were expecting, they remained committed and finished the job perfectly.
