Refusal of refund for provision of damaged goods by supplier of headboards on Market Place Facebook.

This person claims to be 'the boss' of a company in Brackenfell selling headboards etc. No invoice was provided although I was told one was emailed to me, which leave me with no trace accept for his trading on facebook market place. I was sold a headboard with flaws, paid upon delivery, no receipt was provided. The flaws: material overlapping to cover shortage of material on both sides, looks horrible and seems like burn holes very small on the fabric, but only noticed this afterwards, since I have no sight in one eye. I contacted the sales lady Leanne and told her that the colour is wrong, beige is not tan and about the flaws. She said she will speak to her boss, and refund me and arrange for collection and for me to pay delivery charges.

The boss, Billy Kuhlengisa, however refused to refund and collect the item. I told the lady , Leanne that she does not even understand english, not to know even a colour difference. When I called her boss, BK, he said his people are busy and that I must arrange transport. Then he blocked my cell no, and the sales lady blocked my cell number. I found him on facebook and send him a message telling him that he is a *****. He then rep**** that I am a ******? I do not understand his connotation of the word ******, as anyone can be a ***** and anyone may not understand english. Now I am sitting with this mess of a headboard that I paid R1800 for and the man refuses to provided good customer services. People, be careful who you deal with, let this be a warning.
