Lying and Late Plumbers

Organised plumbers to be at residence to install a new geyser for 12:00. Asked friends from Jhb to come to Pta so they could be there because im at work. Friends phoned Billy at 12:15 - he said they'd be there in 20 min. Over two hours later and still waiting! No phone call to say they'd be late nothing. Terrible, disrespectful and inconsiderate.
