Poor Service by the developer

Good Day<br> <br> I am being treated unfairly and ********* by Willem the developer. He owns a small real property estate company. <br> <br> Once he gets a client he wants to make money out of the client even though the client is not happy with the service. once you cancel he wants you to pay for cancellation fee.<br> <br> To cut the story short. I have been buying property from this company. The property is a new development the will be built next year in October 2015. Now I am not happy with the service that Willem that Willem provided to me and I want to cancel. He does not want me to cancel, he is saying that I will pay cancellation fees. I have not signed anything with the attorneys and nothing has been built for this house at the site as the property will only be built next year. Can you please assist
