Not fulfilling ITC solution promise

I contacted Billion Group with assistance with ITC solution. I was advised that my query will take 21 working days to be resolved, 4 months later nothing has been resolved. I was qouted R6500, i paid half of the amount which is R3275 for them to start the process. Six days later he demanded R1750 as he said the system has to be funded, i did not mind as i wanted my things to be cleared. Little did i know that is not gonna happen. A month later stupid me paid the outstanding balance which is R1525 without properly checking if things were ok. I trusted the guy, i was being assisted by George. I regret paying the full amount without my case being resolved. He now ignores my messages and calls. I need this matter to be resolved by the company.
