Poor Service By Billex

The Services from Billex, a Cape Town based Courier company is atrocious. My Mom has attempted to have a package sent from Krugersdorp to PTA via Billex.co.za, who has outsourced delivery to Aramex?? The tracking number is *** (Aramex) It has been 8 days, with excuse upon excuse from Billex and the package has not yet reached its destination. A mere 54km trip, with no potholes, except for company logistics.
