VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!

VERY BAD SERVICE:<br> I decided to buy my first pair of Von Zipper sunglasses the other day and did so at the Billabong Concept Store in Jeffreys Bay. Unfortunately my very first \Von Zipper experience"has been a bad one to say the least! The sunglasses hurt me and tend to cause headaches after wearing them for a prolonged period of time. I contacted the Billabong store the very next day to inform them that I would like a cash refund as I am not satisfied with the fit of the product and there weren't any other pairs of sunglasses that I was interested in. The store proceeded to refuse to give me a cash refund even though this is in direct contradiction with the Consumer Protection Act in South Africa (remember that this is 24 hours after the initial transaction/purchase). Needless to say this experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth and has reduced the image of the brand in my eyes. Something has to be done about the customer service provided by the Billabong Concept Store in Jeffreys Bay!!"""
