Poor customer service : Billabong Jeffreys Bay

Today on 2015-05-20 at about 14:30, I bought 2 school backpacks from Billabong factory shop. I looked at one for my son which was on special for R200. My Daughter also wanted one and got one on special for R200 as well. When I paid, the lady behind the till said it was R450. I asked her about it and she said that one of them was R250. I thought I probably made a mistake with the price. When I got to the car I looked again. The price of both bags was written with a pen. R200. I went in and asked to see the manager. He said anyone could have written the price. I wanted to take a photo of other bags in the shop with the sale price written on. He grabbed the bag and said I can not take a photo. Why not I wonder? I was very upset because he grabbed the bag from me. He then just kept saying \Mevrou moenie so wees nie. Ek het nie geweet mevrou kan so wees nie."If they have nothing to hide"
