Trip cancelled without warning

We booked and paid for four people more than a month ago. When we tried to confirm 4 days before the trip, nobody was reachable. When we eventually connected with someone the next day, they informed us that the flights were cancelled and that they informed everyone affected. We did not receive any correspondence or phone calls this is very unprofessional. #WIN We hope to be able to use the tickets when they start operating as promised after 1 Sept.
