INEFFICIENT

<p>we had a booking but it was cancelled due to bad weather, I have no problem with that because no one can control the weather but my problem was after. I was given the option of re-booking or getting a refund, I opted for a refund because I live far out and re-booking was impossible. Once I notified them that I wanted a refund I was put through to a lady by the name of Kelly. I was told that my refund will reflect after 10 days. After the 10 days I contacted them and they said it will be done in 3 days time. 3 days later they said it's not done and put me through their accounts department. After a long process of emails and phone calls they paid me. I got my refund after a month and couple of days</p>
