vodacom international roaming bill

I wrote a review on the 28 March 2023 1**** about a roaming bill still not sorted out..... On the 29 March 2023 i got a reply from VODACOM that they would make contact with me. Nothing has happened and i am now loosing clients because nobody can contacted me...... i have been a Vodacom client for 25 years ..... You are now forcing me to take measures in my hands via legal action. i have located an advocate who specializes in Roaming bills and i am seeing him 03 APRIL 2023. I have also contacted DEREK WATTS who will be interviewing me next week. would i recommend anyone to VODACOM : DEFINITELY NO......what a bad experience.
