After signing a house rental agreement with said 'agent', Bill Anderson, I have experienced THE worst service in all my many years of property rental. <br> What with being harassed at ridiculous early morning and late evening hours with messages and calls,which pushed me to approach the Housing Tribunal, to be told by Anderson that I must not waste his time as he is a very busy person. My deposit is being withheld from me, even after the owner requested on numerous occasions that this be refunded to me,no entry or exit inspection, which again has forced me to take action. I have contacted the Estate Agency Affairs Board where according to their records, he is not registered and does not have a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate, we are awaiting a response from Anderson on this matter. I have approached the Housing Tribunal again, which is still in progress. According to the owner, some monies have also not been paid to her by Anderson.<br> The past year has been the most stressful, most uncomfortable and unenjoyable stay, and have now been forced to seek other residence.<br> Read through your lease properly and ensure that all details are correct and legitimate. One very costly lesson learned.
