On the 16th November 2024 we bought our VW Polo Vivo 1.4 2007 model 97000 kms for R77,000. Like we were informed on the Friday when we enquired about the car, she is a polo vivo.Upon registration of the vehicle, not only has the model changed but the vehicle comes up as a Build up. We know about the roof lining, brake light left, park light, left back passenger door that doesn't open. But we want to take it for a service but the guy picked up that the vehicle has an oil leak; there's a knock on one of the back wheels, the drivers handle for the window is stripped, the lever to adjust the steering wheel is broken, but most important is the build up and that the car is a code 3. The pipe from the air filter to the engine has been blocked off. I have sent them a whatsapp for almost a week now and haven't heard anything back from them. What must I do?
