Attitude to readers

Bilibili Comics doesn't take their readers seriously. I personally have submitted tickets and left comments to tell them how they could keep readers. They say it is free to play, but there are MANY comics that you need to pay for after the first 4 episodes or the last few episodes. I told them to install a system that the readers could use to get coins, while not spending money, (many of us are students) and paying the authors' salaries. They have ignored me for more than 2 months, despite my warning to put them here. This means that they aren't serious about feedback OR their readers.

If I could, I wouldn't give any stars.
