Person at Till unprofessional and Rude

I usually take my unwanted books and either sell it or take credit but considering I have so much credit I decided to take cash the last two times.

The previous lady that helped me was so friendly and gave me a reasonable price for the books. The lady however that helped me on Sunday was rude and said oh well these books are worth this much and then gave me a look.

I took the cash but as I thought about it more - i thought - the one book that I dropped off there is still worth over R300 and she offered me R5.00 (which they will be able to sell for at least R60.00) now even if you divide that into 3 then it still works out to more than R5.

This is not the first time this lady has been rude and unhelpful and I am sorry but she is a ***** and I will actually not go back to that shop and the rest of my credit I think I would like back in cash. The only thing that made me angry is she didnt even bother to take a good look at the books she just decided what she wanted to pay and then threw the books one side.
