Good Feedback

Regarding my previous complaint about Biking Accessories, I want to rectify it. The Manager did contact me and we did resolve the problem in a proper way. They did give me the seat ***l and also they did fix the bracket for me, and also gave me a gracious offer which I did accept, this shows that they do value business from customers and therefor I am grateful for the response I got from them, a thumbs up to them and if they give this positive feedback like I received I will do business with them again. Thanks again to the Manager.
