Vrot service with a smile!

Be wary of Bikes Galore (93 Van Riebeeck Rd, Edenvale). What seems like a nice family owned business is disorganised and unapologetic about it's bad customer service. <br> <br> I really trusted Janis when i met her for the first time and she promised to obtain a scooter top box for me from Big Boy Head Office a month ago and have it resprayed white to match my bike. After 4 weeks of first no word from them, 2 promises of it's imminent arrival which never occurred due to THEM forgetting to collect it from the spray painter, I was treated very rudely on the phone by Lyn last weekend when i suggested that their service was not up to scratch. I then said to either Lyn or Janis (I suspect it was Lyn but she denies i spoke to her) that since they have inconvenienced me so, could they not arrange to have the box delivered to my work in Wynberg where i would pay for it COD and that they should call me to make arrangements.
