Poor Service and Maintenance

I work for a take away company called Hodad's, and I am one of two delivery drivers for this company. We own a Big Boy Enterprise Delivery s****** which we use to deliver meals to our customers. We have been using Bikes Galore Big Boy which is situated in Edenvale for the service of this s******, and we have nothing but problems since we've been taking it to them. The s****** went in for a service on the 14th of November 2017, and was told by Bikes Galore that they have replaced the front break pads. During our deliveries, we came across a problem with the front brake pads, and they turned out to be warn all the way down to bare metal. From my experience as a bike rider myself, brake pads can't wear out within a month of replacement. Not long after this incident, the drive belt snapped, which was also apparently replaced with a brand new one in October 2017. This is also not possible for a new drive belt to snap within 2 months. Since this all happened within the month of December, myself, the other driver, and the owner of the company have decided not to use Bikes Galore anymore, as they claim that the parts that they put on the s****** are new and genuine, but clearly this is not the case. They also claim that myself and the other driver are driving the s****** recklessly, which caused the components to fail. As I am a biker myself, this not true. There is no way that new parts are able to fail within a few months of replacement. I urge that an investigation be undertaken with this company to find out what they are doing with their customer's bikes and s******s, as we believe they are using spare parts from their s**** yard at the back of their shop. I also urge all customers of Bikes Galore to stay away from them and find another company suitable to do the service properly, as this a big concern. I was doing a delivery on the s****** when the belt snapped and lost all power to the rear wheel. Luckily nobody was behind me when this happened, so i was not injured. However the owner of Hodad's was very displeased with the events of both the brake pads and the belt, and felt that he was **********. I was most displeased as this could've resulted in injury on my part. No bike repair shop is allowed to use second hand parts on a customers bike or s******, as it is ******* and is life threatening to the rider. Please can someone sort this issue out and find out what is truly going on at Bikes Galore, so that things like this never happen again.
