POOR SERVICE BIKERS WAREHOUSE

Had very poor service from Bikers Warehouse. Purchased a new bike from them and had an Omega kit installed by them. Somewhere there was a loose connection, as the lights would come on and off intermittently . Also lost the bolt on the seat, so took the bike in for the light problem, a new bolt and a first service. Was told the service was done and the bolt was fixed, lights still needed to be fixed, left the bike there overnight for this issue. The next day went to collect the bike, the bolt was not replaced as they said, charged me R1500 for a diagnostic on the lights, but failed to fix anything, when it was actually caused by them, the bike was dirty, and I doubt that it was even serviced, left the premises with a R5000 bill, a dirty bike, that was in the same condition as when I dropped it. The worst part is the arrogance of the people, and that they were just not interested in fixing my issues.
