POOR SERVICE

We ordered a part from this company and due to a communication problem the wrong part was send to us. We immediately phone the company to rectify the problem and they said that there is no problem we can just send the part back and they will refund us. This was about 3 months ago already. Since then we have tried 100 times to set the record straight but every time we phone they completely deny that they ever said they would do the refund. We also couriered the part to someone to go and deliver it personally yet they still don't want to do it. No where on their Quotation/Invoice states that they will not do refunds. After all the trouble we went through to accommodate them they are very rude and still not assisting us with the problem. There was a few times where we were promised that the payment will be done before the end of the day but no payment still made. We tried our best to accommodate them. I am very disappointed that there still is people out there that would lie and cheat people out of their money that they work so hard for. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever.
