Very unhappy biker

I went in last week to fit a tyre onto my front rim on my Motard. I pride myself on a very clean machine. I receive the rim back with big scratch marks, the idiot that changed the tyre clearly was not trained to use that machine or else he would not have ****ED UP my rim. Then my rim gets given back without a word being said. about the scratches. When I get home to fit it is when I noticed the marks. I call back and the African man who did the wheel said he showed the manager that the rim was scratched. Bull ****ing ****. I was standing in the shop waiting all the time,don't you think you should have come to me the customer and showed me the marks before coving up with a ****ing lie. The first time I had a problem with their work was when I brought in my rear shock absorber to be re gassed. This is a Nitrogeh filled canister that holds 10bar pressure. The UNQUALIFIED PERSON who was doing the job said no the shock is fine filled it again with normal air from the compressor. When I complained the very same workshop manager that covered up for his (mechanics) fault is the same person who tried to feed me this bull**** that his (unqualified) mechanical showed him the rim. If this is the type of tin can **** pot business you run sir then please close your front door because you're useless.
