Poor Services

Went to biker's warehouse Fourways on Thursday 20th for a headlight protector for a BMW 1600 gtl. The sales person said that they do not have but will get one for me and let me know. Well sad to say almost 4 working days later still no feedback from them. Very poor service would rather support someone else.
