Biker Warehouse - BEWARE

Bought a KTM 250 SXF with 64hrs. Took it for a quick test on their track, found some minor issues i.e. missing spring etc. I indicate that I will ride it the weekend and check for any other issues, they gladly agreed. Took it out to a track put 1 hour on the clock and noticed the head leaking fluid, oil started leaking from below the starter, loose plug kept on causing my bike to misfire and cutting out (irritating), also noticed a spoke missing (quality service). Took photos of it all and reported back to them on Tuesday morning first thing. Their response is pay us R350 transportation cost to let us check it out since you stay 60km away and go back and read your delivery note where you indicated that you inspected the bike, appaling coming from a renowned dealer. This is after we had to correct them on their iContract almost overcharging us with R10000, also after they almost charged us R1200 for filling the bike with petrol and washing it (which they called ADMIN Fees) I refused to pay AND after we had to drive to the dealer twice to go collect the bike because of delays that they blame WESBANK for!

Also indicating they did a 26 point check and found no faults (just like the contract was flawless right?) . Save us all the trouble and fix this BIKE ASAP or I will cancel this purchase because the risk of engine failure because of the head leaking is a risk that I the consumer WAS NOT AWARE OF BEFORE THE PURCHASE and for obvious reasons am NOT going to continue paying for!
