Never going back

Quoted low (typical tactic of "between x and x+20% which you know is just mechanic speak for x+20%) but then, after checking the bike in, casually tagged 12% on the quote. Then just to top things off properly, when collecting my bike another 20% is added on the invoice "because prices went up" which is "not in our control" and "yeah we should've called you but..." But absolutely no taking any responsibility for the overcharge or offering a fair compromise. You make your own mind up but I won't be back ever again. I thought supporting small business was a good idea rather than take my bike to an authorised dealer but I guess then you open yourself up for being taken for a ride. The arrogance with which you get *****ed is so typical of these places. I should've known better. Oh, and don't expect your invoice to even mention what bike you brought in, it's mileage, etc. Nada. And be prepared to find new scratches on your bike.
