You left my car damaged

Very disappointed how I was treated by Bikeline insurance. Here's my misery

Few months ago while driving to the shops, while passing a Fourway stop a biker by the name of Wilfred bumped my car on the left rear fender and the door, denting and scratching my car. He stopped and told me he couldn't see due to the sunset he was facing, we exchanged the contacts as well taking pictures of his ID and his motorbike's plate number. He later told me I should contact his insurance not him of which he provided an email address. I then send them an email and they asked for a accident report from SAPS, I then drove to diepsloot SAPS to go check if there was any accident reported. And it wasn't, I opened one and send the AR number to Bikeline, they responded by FYI to some lady named Noelene who just read the email and ignore it for more than a month. As time went by I emailed to ask if my claim was being processed and Michelle responded with a 60 day email, the following day I started my journey looking for 3 quotes she asked for. Drove to several panel beaters which all told me I must pay R300 for a quotation. I then emailed Michelle asking if I will be payed back the R900 for those quotations she simply said, 'you the one who wants your car fixed so pay that money and there won't be a refund.

How cruel is that, I'm a single mother to a teenager and also taking care of my elderly parents that totally depend on me, I don't have R900 that is just lying around for an accident that was their clients fault. This man mentioned he is paying for a 3rd party insurance so the insurance will sort me out, only to find out that they only taking his money and not paying for the claims.

Its now day 69 of 60 and now I'm left with a wrecked car because I can't afford to pay for the quotes, I'm a breadwinner struggling to get by and now the ***** insurance doesn't want to pay for my car. I have been traveling at my own expense trying to get those quotes, I feel I got treated like this because I'm black and maybe considered stupid because I don't have an insurance.

Wow guess what I'm going to post about my experience with this insurance every week, I want your clients to see what you do with their hard earned money and only fattening your pockets. Thanks for nothing ****mers
