#BikeLife Finance must fall

<p>We financed a bike through these *****s. On checking their statement numerous payments that had been made had not been captured. We had changed to EFT as they could not get the date of the debit order correct and kept putting it through as and when they felt like it. When paying via EFT, we paid around the 20th of each month instead of the 30th (i.e. earlier than we should have). Additional interest had been charged on the account as well. BikeLife Finance then had the audacity to get a debt collection agency to phone to "make arrangements to pay". The account was totally up to date but due to their inefficiency and inability to pick up payments correctly the account was a total mess. We have been trying to sort this mess out since January 2017 and the account is still incorrect. When emailing them, they totally ignore the emails. Eventually I emailed the accountant who at least did try and sort it out, but to no avail. The account is still incorrect. My adivce - DO NOT finance through BikeLife Finance unless you are prepared to deal with endless frustration and have an enormous amount of time to email and reconcile your own account.</p>
