Staggeringly good service.

I bought a complete Desert Fox toolkit for my BMW motorbike from Bikegear and was really happy with the high quality of all of the components. Even so, my liberal application of brute force and ignorance managed to damage the inside of a ratchet so that some play had entered the system.

I mailed Bikegear looking for a repair kit and two days later a brand-new ratchet arrived at my door via courier at no charge.

Honestly, where do you still get amazing backup like that?
