Roadside NIGHTMARE
I broke down yesterday around 16:30, I sent an SMS to say I am having an emergency and need assistance. After not receiving a response the first time I sent it again. No response, I then had to Google the bikefin assist number and call to ask for help. (an operator called to ask if I need help at 18:00, glad I wasn't in an accident)

The operator I contacted communicated that the outsourced company couldn't find a trailor and are looking for a flatbed to move me. They finally arrived at 18:30. This was not the only problem, the person they sent was rude and couldn't find me on their Garmin. I had to phone him back and he still couldn't find me. I had to then phone a friend to take me to a petrol station to meet him to take him to my scooter???)

He couldn't get the scooter on the flatbed so I had to operate the machine while he held the scooter.

I was told by the bikefin assist operator there will be an extra fee of R130 that was above the covered amount of R500. When I finally got home the man asked for the money in cash then and there. Luckily I had money at home but how am I to pay in cash without knowing before (or being able to DRIVE to draw money).
