Not paying for damages they caused

Damage to a bike transportered by Bike Transport SA in December 2025, which would have been sorted out by there apparent insurance that they have on all bikes transportered, still has not been sorted out. After numerous conversations and promises, nothing has been done. Watch out if you ever have damages on transportered bikes, they don't remedy anything, just stories and dishonesty.
