Subscription Mess

I purchased a subscription to Bike SA for a friend who lives in Knysna in March 2017. To date, he has received one copy and I keep receiving copies in Johannesburg. This was after I highlighted the delivery address. Since May, I have been shoved from pillar to post, then was told this month the magazine has been sold. Upon re-sending my mails for the 8th time, was informed that on Monday, 21st August, I would receive feedback after a meeting. Today is Friday. No response to my mails the whole week. WHERE TO FROM HERE??????
