Useless......Zero after sales Service. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH.......or die of old age before the resolve any issue.
Useless......Zero after sales Service. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH. They did well to get the goods I ordered to me amazingly quickly.....but that is where anything good ended. They sent me the wrong Battery.....short version....after numerous attempts at WhatsApp communications with very sp**** and absolutely worthless responses, a telephonic discussion with supposedly another person (Not tending to the WhatsApp......) during which I was pretty much dissed because the person had a customer in front of him.....and who also failed to follow up as they indicated they would, and also logging the return Online.......and still............NADA.....Zip.
I am now the proud owner of a R499 paper weight.

27 Nov 2025, 09:21Update 27 Nov 2025 - After further attempts to get this resolved, my negative review of the company came up in the rather lengthy discussion. I was asked to remove my review, I refused out of principal but made it very clear that I would be more than happy to edit/update it accordingly.
After not receiving information I had been waiting on for 5 days , I approached that same person ......what do you know.......didnt seem to have any idea what I was talking about. What are the odds of him having a worse memory than I and him having delete the WhatsApp chat history.
I think not.
Hence......review updated appropriately.
