Bike Paperwork never arrives - charge you 10% to Refund

Extremely Poor service - Sells bikes without paperwork (not legal), demands a deposit only to find out the paperwork never arrives. you then request your deposit back and then they knock you with a 10% "handling/admin fee",

This has not only happened to me but a few people i have spoken too, in one case it has been 7 months and still no sign of paperwork. nobody that works for this company can give direct answers.

Best advice - Stay as far away from them as possible, bad service like this will get a company trying to compete online nowhere
