Still no Reg Docs after 7 months!

<p>We purchased a crashed Yamaha R1 from the Brackenfell dealership. Unit 8 Okavango Park, Patrys St Brackenfell. We paid in cash for the bike and were told that we could collect the papers in about 30-60 days once they get released from the insurers.</p> <p>Well, its now 7 months later. I have emailed about 5 times to ********** with no response whatsoever. How unprofessional. I have called Zandalee and Yolanda about 5 times in tital. Each one promises that they will phone me back, email me with feedback. Well dont hold your breath.</p> <p> </p> <p>Either you have no clue about running a business or you are trying to hide something. Seriously ***********. Yesterday I gave my email address to Yolanda and she promised (yet again!) to mail me the response from the insurers. This morning I call, Zandalee answers, I ask her for feedback, she says nothing and just transfers me to another person!</p> <p>I have warned them on numerous occasions that I will take this to my lawyers, Hello Peter as well as Facebook. This is not slander. These are the facts. I have proof of all whatsapp messages to Cptn as well as all the emails sent to Jhb.</p> <p> </p> <p>Enough is enough.</p> <p>DONT BUY HERE!</p>
