Sent my generator to be looked at, my sister got a call asking can they open it to look for problem she said it's fine. Get a quote saying will cost me R3970 to fix, generator is 2years old, went and looked I can get a new one the same one for R3999. Went to go fetch my old one for spare parts, just to find out I have to pay a R450 quote fee, which we were never told. Then also the R290 petrol I put a 2 days in before taking it there was gone they told me the petrol was rotten so they cleaned the tank and carbator which they never did. When I got to place that said they can help me to fix it for R1900 I took it there just to find out nothing was put back together in alternator and it's not even my generators part they gave me. I work for a tyre shop and will never send customers to then again.
