ENGINE REPLACEMENT

good day, I gave bike-o-matic a bike to replace an engine in april, until today I don't have my bike, I paid 12k as deposit but to date, they don't call to tell me about the progress, just recently when I called they telling me they ordered the parts which is not what I want, I wanted a complete engine they promised for 25k.<br> <br> PPLEASE HELP..
