Refusal to refund me and bad service, waited 1 hour to be assisted

I went to bike market Sandton, the service was horrible, I called in to ask if they will refund the cycle shoes 8 bought, the guy told me to come in bring the shoes he will gladly refu d me, I then went to the shop, the is a guy who has a fringe who just ignored me when I came inn, to find is the same guy who said I can come inn bring the shoes, I was then helped by another black gentlemen who didn't know how to operate the speed point to refu d me, he then asked if the other guy could help me, the same guy just left me with the other gentlemen and left us struggling, he didn't even show remorse, I want my refu d as promised that it will be done tonight, I wasted over 1 hour without being given service, the attitude of the guy with the fringe is straight to the dogs, all my bikes I bought them at this store bike market, but the service I got today was just unbearable, and this is not the first time this happened, this is a racial issue as I did feel I cannot be attended by him because of my skin color
