Poorly serviced bikes being sold

I bought a bike from these guys a few months back and was assured the bike had been serviced, I specifically asked regarding the shocks and was told that they serviced the shocks themselves and all was good. Sadly this was not the case, I had the guys at my local bike shop check out the bike and they recommending I send the rear shock away for servicing, and that the breaks needed to be bled and serviced as well. In total I spent an R2500 just fixing things that I was assured had been done by Bike Market. i could not go back to Bike Market to get this done as I live in the Cape. Disappointed after an initial good experience when actually buying the bike.
