Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service What a waste of time,I usually shop at Dunkeld cycles and I decided to shop at bikemarket.co.za for a change because they had nice cycling apparels that were on sale. Upon arrival,no one acknowledged me as a client,no one bothered to greet or check up on me and I felt lost because I deal with clients and understand how customer service is. It took me an hour to purchase some cycling shoes,socks,a pump. The staff just ignored me, I then approached a salesman by the name of Jared. He assisted me but left me for another client without excusing himself,another salesman assisted,it felt like I was doing them a fabour,please look at your footage I was wearing a blue jean and a blue denim top waiting and waiting. I will never visit the shop again
