Friendliness cost you nothing

Drove over a 100km ,spend an hour to pick out a new helmet and jacket but when i wanted to pay for the items i enquired about a discounted model online that was listed cheaper , i was met with one of the worst receptionists attitudes i have ever had , you just lost a R20000 sale right in front of the cash register i will spend my money elsewhere in the future
