You have been warned
We double booked transportation and immediately cancelled. Good luck trying to get a refund we have been waiting 3 months. And top of that they take a R500 cancellation fee. Really shady bunch.

29 Jun 2023, 14:20This client double booked and when the first transporter arrived the job went to them. They then cancelled with Bike Freight Transport. We are under no obligation to refund in this regard.

Client: "Sorry, we have had a mix up in transport companies. Please can I cancel our order for pickup this weekend for the KTM200. The bike has already been loaded and is on its way. Sorry again for the mix up, but can we get a refund soonest."
Bike Freight: "No problem these things happen. There will be a cancellation fee of R500".
3 months later -Bike Freight: "I shall get to this refund as soon as I can but at this stage, we are not in a position to satisfy your claim."
