Stay away from this company

I paid for golf trike to be collected in Mosselbaai and delivered to Boksburg. I paid additional cost to be bubble wrapped wich is an aditional option on their booking form. This bike is or shall I say was brand new when collected. Attached to the bike was a plastic container that you can buy at Wespack. In this box was a motorbike helmet 2x motorbike jackets valued at R14 000 the spare key and the bike charger as this is an electric vehicle. On arrival the lid of the plastic box was missing as well as both jackets the spare key and the charger. The bike was never wrapped that would have prevented the lost of equipment being it theft or lost in transit. The bike was soaked and is non functional anymore the wires burned due to access water that could have been prevented if wrapped. Peter's repond is I will refund you for the bubble wrap but your loss not my problem. Refuse to assist with repair to the bike that was caused by his negligence. His latest response is he wants to charge me R250 extra for the transport of this plastic container that was part of the bike. All metal parts are rusted. Watch out for Peter you will not get any after sales service and the arrogance is amazing.
