Bike Freight Transport Pty Ltd Absolutely the worst service ever. No communication or updates. Delivery should have been on Thuesday. No delivery yet, no updates. We arranged our whole schedule around receiving delivery on Tuesday and waited every day since then to take delivery. We have no idea when delivery will be or whether it will take place at all.

03 Apr 2023, 10:59Collection was arranged for the Thursday 23rd March in JHB with delivery to the Cape Town depot confirmed for "over the weekend". Which it was. As indicated in the quote sent to the client and received and confirmed, delivery to Veldriff would be "Within a day or two of arrival in cape Town". Which it was. Pretty typical of social media warriors who because they are frustrated due to NOT knowing office hours think that it is the correct thing to do to try and damage a company's reputation online. Very poor show Lesia.

03 Apr 2023, 11:22Delivery was more than a week late. When it did arrive the windshield was broken off, the seat was damaged and the charger is missing. Totally unacceptable. This company is damaging their own reputation and causing damages to clients’ property.
